Overview
Refacing goes further than paint. You keep the cabinet boxes and the layout, and we replace the parts you see and use every day: doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes, glides and hinges.
It's a good fit when the boxes are sound but the door style is dated, the drawers sag, or the hinges have worn out.

New doors and drawer fronts
Replacement doors and drawer fronts are where the look changes most. A new profile, like a clean shaker or a glass-front upper, can make the same room look completely different.

Dovetailed drawer boxes
Refacing can include new dovetailed drawer boxes, so the parts you open every day are new too, not just the parts you look at.

Glides and hinges
New glides and hinges come with the work, including soft-close options. Drawers run smoothly and doors close quietly.

What does cabinet refacing include?
Refacing can include replacement doors, drawer fronts, dovetailed drawer boxes, and new glides and hinges.
Is refacing better than painting?
It depends on what's bothering you. If you only want a new color, painting may be enough. If you want a new door style or better drawers and hardware, refacing covers that. We can talk through both at an appointment or over a video call.
Can you change the layout while refacing?
Refacing keeps your existing boxes. For layout changes, look at cabinet modifications, or custom cabinets for a larger redesign.
